Se presenta un análisis de las debilidades, fortalezas y oportunidades del sistema de ciencia, tecnología e innovación en Cuba aplicado en torno a la Empresa de Alta Tecnología y su proyección futura en las formas de gestión del sector estatal cubano para actualizar el modelo económico social. Se realiza para ello un análisis crítico de su asidero jurídico que ha tenido desde su creación en más de treinta años, que permita a futuro a la Administración Pública acometer las transformaciones en aras de potenciar su contribución económica y social de la nación cubana a través de normativas jurídicas por la multidisciplinariedad de la temática abordada. Ello permitirá alcanzar prosperidad y un equilibrio adecuado con el bien público ambiente para lograr alcanzar la meta del desarrollo sostenible. Para ello se han utilizado métodos científicos en el desarrollo de la investigación como son: el histórico lógico, el de análisis y síntesis, inducción deducción, y el de derecho comparado.

ABSTRACT
The Cuban to update the social economic model encounters an analysis of weaknesses, fortresses and opportunities of the system of science, technology and invention in Cuba applied about the Company of High-Tech and his future projection in the forms of step of the public sector in the article. A critical analysis of his juridical handle that you have had from his creation comes true for it in over thirty years, that the Cuban through juridical ground rules for the multidisciplinary of the discussed subject matter allow to future the Public Administration undertaking the transformations for the sake of increasing the power of his cost-reducing and social contribution of the nation. It will allow attaining prosperity and an equilibrium made suitable with the ambient public property to succeed in attaining the goal of the sustainable development. They have utilized scientific methods in the development of the investigation like music for it: The historic logician, the one belonging to analysis and synthesis, induction deduction, and the by right compared.
