En el presente artículo, se abordará la temática de la finalización de un régimen autoritario subnacional conocido como “juarismo” luego de conocerse una serie de causas que vinculaban el poder judicial con el poder ejecutivo.Este régimen que fuera caracterizado por diferentes autores, académicos, periodistas, e incluso por la ciudadanía en general, como autoritario será analizado en su etapa final, es decir, entre los años 2003 y 2004, concluyendo con la última Intervención Federal a la provincia. En primer lugar, se desarrollará el entramado conceptual que comprende al autoritarismo subnacional y, en segundo lugar, a las vinculaciones que se establecen desde un enfoque sociológico, jurídico y político entre poder judicial y poder ejecutivo. De este modo en el desarrollo se estudió las irregularidades en la administración de justicia hasta arribar a la posibilidad de aplicar el remedio federal al Poder Judicial de la provincia, que finalmente resultó en una Intervención Federal a los tres poderes de Santiago del Estero. Para la realización de la investigación se recurrió a la técnica de entrevistas a informantes calificados, de este modo se indagó acerca de las motivaciones, causas y circunstancias que precipitaron la finalización del juarismo. Estas entrevistas fueron contrastadas, en algunos casos entre si y en otros con la teoría y datos periodísticos para confirmar su adecuación a la realidad histórica y a la teoría.Por tanto, resulta importante analizar la interrelación entre poder político y magistratura provincial como ruptura del orden republicano subnacional.

Abstract
In this article, the issue of the end of a subnational authoritarian regime known as “Juarismo” will be addressed after a series of causes that linked the judiciary with the executive branch were known. This regime that was characterized by different authors, academics, journalists, and even by the general public, as authoritarian, will be analyzed in its final stage, that is, between 2003 and 2004, concluding with the last Federal Intervention to the province. In the first place, the conceptual framework that includes subnational authoritarianism will be developed and, secondly, the links that are established from a sociological, legal and political approach between the judiciary and the executive branch. In this way, in the development, the irregularities in the administration of justice were studied until arriving at the possibility of applying the federal remedy to the Judicial Power of the province, which finally resulted in a Federal Intervention to the three powers of Santiago del Estero. To carry out the investigation, the technique of interviews with qualified informants was used, in this way, the motivations, causes and circumstances that precipitated the completion of the Juarismo were investigated. These interviews were contrasted, in some cases with each other and in others with journalistic theory and data to confirm their adaptation to historical reality and theory. Therefore, it is important to analyze the interrelation between political power and provincial magistracy as a breakdown of the subnational republican order.
